1. Data we collect
We collect account information (name, email, billing address), usage data (server metrics, API logs), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type) necessary to provide the NodeRush service.
2. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the services you subscribed to), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security), and consent (marketing communications).
3. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by EU law. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
4. Third-party processors
We use Paddle as our merchant of record and payment processor (data processed under Paddle's DPA), Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN, and Equinix/StarNet as colocation providers. All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@noderush.io. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect service functionality.
7. Data transfers
All data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
